- How biology is both impacted by and determined by one-pointed practices (this could include how nutrition, sleep, biological dispositions, naturally occurring circadian rhythms, exercise, and other factors impact mental function)
- How the functions of 'mind' impact daily interactions and relationships, and how to navigate them more skillfully
- How to change daily routines to cultivate a more one-pointed mind (working more with the OPM practices)
- Examining the work day/space to overcome challenges around thinking and focus
- Theories of personality, and how they impact teamwork and collaboration.
- The personality dispositions of the individuals within the team, and how to more skillfully navigate them and use them to your advantage
- Whether we are predetermined to be a certain way, and how much we can change what we otherwise no longer wish to express or experience in my own mind

- The ideas included within these workshops are compounding in nature in that it offers a doorway into deeper areas of personal exploration with practical implications, and we provide individual and group support accordingly.
- We are keen to provide metrics and feedback tools to help you to better understand where employees would like additional support moving forward, as well as the progress resulting from our collaborative efforts.
