WHAT IS A ONE-POINTED MIND?
A one-pointed mind reflects a meditative state in our daily lived experiences. A one-pointed mind is less ‘wandering’, is better focused, less impulsive, and has the proven benefits for overall cognitive processing and emotional wellbeing.
OUR AIM
Research proves that meditative practices optimize biological, cognitive, and emotional processes; a ‘one-pointed mind’ practice develops brain centers responsible for focus, productivity, and emotional intelligence. However, there is often a disconnect between the essence of what meditation is and how it is applied in daily life. For the past thirteen years, OPM workshops have been shared in eight countries and various academic and professional institutions.
